Solid Brass Bolts — Hex Head DIN 933 (M4–M8, Pack of 10)
Why choose these solid brass bolts hex head
Solid brass bolts Fully-threaded hex head — the spanner-driven setscrew for traditional, decorative or specialist joints. Brass is naturally corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic and electrically conductive, with the warm yellow tone that suits restoration, marine fit-outs and architectural metalwork. It also won’t spark, making it the right choice for fuel-system and similar applications where steel is unsuitable.
Sizes available
Four bolt diameters — M4, M5, M6 and M8 — across eight length options from 10mm up to 50mm. DIN 933 full-thread construction lets you clamp variable joint thicknesses with the same bolt.
Pack option
Supplied in packs of 10 per size. Pair with matching brass nuts and washers from the Fasteners range — mix sizes in one checkout to qualify for free UK delivery on orders over £20.
Typical uses
Antique and traditional joinery, marine fit-outs (where galvanic compatibility matters), electrical earth bonding, plumbing fittings, lamp and lighting builds, restoration projects, brass-trimmed furniture and any joint where a non-sparking or non-magnetic fastener is required.
How to fit
Pass the solid brass bolts through a clearance hole sized to the thread diameter, run a brass nut down by hand and tighten with two spanners. Brass is softer than steel and will deform if over-torqued — firm but not crushing is the right setting. Use a flat washer under the nut to spread the clamping load on softer materials.
