2. These terms
By placing an order through this store you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before ordering. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this site at the time you place your order.

3. Ordering and contract
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatch.

5. Products
We make every effort to describe and picture our products accurately. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in finish, dimensions and colour may occur. Technical specifications and standards (such as material grades) are provided in good faith as a guide.

6. Returns — consumers
If you are a consumer and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept it back for a full refund provided your request to return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted. All returns must be received in perfect, re-saleable condition for a refund to be granted; items not received in re-saleable condition cannot be refunded. Where goods were supplied correctly as ordered, the buyer is responsible for return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Returns — business and trade customers
Where goods are purchased by a business or company, returns of correctly supplied goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return postage. All other conditions in section 6 (30-day window and re-saleable condition) also apply.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage costs where the fault is ours.

9. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow reasonable guidance on the use or installation of the products.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact
