Shipping policy

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on UK public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen service. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery is carried out by third-party couriers (including Royal Mail).

Shipping charges
Any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Undelivered or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales@universal-hardware.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
