How to fit

Pass the bolt through the workpiece, slip on the washer and run the nut down by hand. Tighten with two spanners (or a spanner and Allen key on the nut side for nyloc/wing variants) to firm but not crushing torque. Full-thread bolts can be retightened to take up any later settlement in the joint.
