Typical uses

Through-bolting timber posts and beams, marine deck and bulkhead fittings, rigging and tie-down anchors, hanging fixtures, garden structures, awning and shade-sail attachments, and any application needing a load-rated eye anchor through thick material.

How to fit

Drill a clearance hole for the bolt diameter through the substrate. Pass the eye bolt through, fit a washer, then secure with a matching A4 stainless steel hex nut on the back face. Use a second nut or a nyloc nut to lock against vibration where appropriate.

Loading guidance

Working load depends on the bolt size, mounting material and direction of pull. Always orient loading along the bolt axis and never exceed the safe working limit of the weakest component in your rigging system.
