The nylon insert grips the bolt thread and resists loosening from vibration and thermal cycling, while the kit format saves you sourcing matching components separately.

Five bolt diameters — M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 — across thirteen length options from 10mm up to 100mm (plus a 22mm step for awkward jobs). Full-thread bolts let you clamp variable thicknesses with the same length.

How to fit
Pass the bolt through the workpiece with the washer on the nut side, then thread the nyloc nut on by hand until it engages the nylon insert (you’ll feel the resistance increase). Tighten with two spanners to firm torque. A nyloc nut is designed for single use — the insert deforms on first fit, so re-using the same nut on a fresh joint gives a reduced grip.
